Storm Damage

Wind, hail, and storm damage inspection and repair across Central, Southwest & East Florida.

Florida Storms Are Hard on Roofs

From summer thunderstorms to hurricane season, Florida roofs take a beating. Wind can lift or tear off shingles, tile, and even structural roof components. Hail can crack tile and bruise shingles. Heavy, sustained rain finds every weak point a storm creates.

Storm damage isn't always obvious from the ground. Crestmark provides free storm damage inspections to assess your roof after severe weather — whether that means a straightforward repair or a full replacement.

Common Questions

Can you help with my insurance claim for storm damage?

We're not able to interpret your insurance policy or negotiate your claim — that requires a licensed public adjuster. What we can do is document the damage with detailed photos and a written inspection report, which you can submit to your insurance company as part of your own claim.

How quickly should I get my roof inspected after a storm?

As soon as it's safe to do so. Damage can worsen with each additional rain event, and many insurance policies have windows for filing storm-related claims.

What if the damage isn't visible from the ground?

That's common. Wind and hail damage often starts small and isn't visible without a close inspection. That's why we recommend a professional inspection after any significant storm, even if your roof looks fine from the driveway.
